Way, Heaven, Ground, General, Law
The "way" is the strong bond your people have for you. They never worry about danger or betrayal.

"General" is wise, trustworthy, benevolent, brave and disciplined.
"Law" is organisation, chain of command, logistics and the control of expenses.

Write down the negativity inside to let it out of your system and emotionally address it. Speak of positive and fruitful healing words and remain in silence when nothing beneficial can be said.
